The Ayvaz ASD compact atmospheric deaerator mixes condensate, flash steam and fresh feedwater to remove dissolved gases and oxygen from boiler feedwater. Stainless-steel construction supports corrosion resistance.

Connections are provided for flash steam, condensate, fresh water, air venting, vacuum breaking and recirculation. DIN PN16 flanged and BSP threaded arrangements are available according to the connection. Select the immersion-tube length for the tank geometry; the catalogue gives L = D + H − 300 mm, where D is tank depth and H is nozzle height. Confirm the final dimensions for the installation.
