The Ayvaz water alarm switch detects high or low water levels and provides a warning so that corrective action can be taken. Its electronic board is enclosed and resin insulated, with stainless-steel electrodes and a circuit designed to prevent terminal electrolysis. A weight may be attached to the thread on the probe.

Applications include wells, storage tanks, flood-prone areas, ship tanks, water-leak detection and water-level monitoring.
