The DBV-10 bottom blowdown system removes settled solids from steam boilers at timed intervals. The assembly comprises a timer, a three-piece stainless-steel ball valve, a pneumatic actuator and a solenoid valve.

Automatic bottom blowdown reduces manual intervention and helps maintain boiler operation by discharging accumulated sludge. Maximum listed pressure: 16 bar. Maximum operating temperature: 150 °C. Application: steam boilers. Blowdown settings must be selected for the boiler and water-treatment conditions.
